California real estate continues to climb in June as home sales increase 2.4 percent from last year
In Southern California the median price of single family homes increased 7.9 percent from a year ago to $535,780 and sales increased by 8.2 percent from last year.
Los Angeles County Market Update – Trends at a glance for: June 2017
The median home price for single family homes is $548,220, increased 11.4 percent month-to-month and 9.2 percent year-to-year.
Home sales of single family homes increased 8.5 percent year-to-year, 8.2 percent month-to-month, and 4.4 percent year-to-date.
Unsold inventory for single family homes equals 2.7 months, decreased 9.8 percent month-to-month and 17.6 percent year-to-year.
Median time on market for single family homes is 23 days, 0.9 percent increase month-to-month, with a decrease of 41.9 percent year-to-year.
